A Very Honest Review from a Heavy-User -- Broken Coast

Cannabis, CBD, Investors, Medical Marijuana, Products, Strains, THC
just want to start off by saying haven't boasted about how much weed smoke since was in highschool. simply ask you to keep that in mind when say that would estimate over the course of the last 20 years have been high for 70% of my waking hours. This is just an average, as would say it’s closer to 90% if we’re talking just the last 10 years or so. What can say folks? prefer being high to being sober. can respect that most of you might not agree with some of my lifestyle choices, but ask that you respect that know what people are looking for when they buy the products you fine folks invest in. The only reason mention my usage is so you can decide if my experience counts when you listen to this review. will also say that tried Magic mushrooms a few times in my teens, and will use those experiences just as a reference for how 'high' have been. t’s been about 25 years since first tried marijuana, and have never had anything legal until last week. Only black market stuff. will also say remained very skeptical until the last second if LP stuff could compare to what have been using. Especially to the quality of stuff have been able to get in the last 3-5 years. will be removing the above 3 paragraphs in a couple of days if the mods don't delete this post first. On July 2nd was approved for Medical Marijuana. On July 12th received my first products ever from an LP. Based on the recommendations of this sub, went with Broken Coast Cannabis. bought CBD oil, THC oil, and ‘Stryker’ dried buds. [Stryker] - What can say? it’s the best Marijuana have ever smoked in my life. would put the strength of the high slightly stronger than the best ‘shatter’(a very high thc concentrate) have bought from ‘The Farm’ in Victoria, which up to this point had been the best had ever smoked. The high from Stryker is very relaxing, but also quite strong. feel it could be enjoyed by anyone from a heavy user to a beginner if given the right quantities. have been able to stay focused on any tasks have been doing and stayed involved in conversations, while enjoying what would consider a “wheelchair weed” kind of high. Most strains that have tried that are even in the same ballpark as Stryker, are also accompanied by a slight or sometimes severe ‘cloudiness’ behind the eyes. A haze almost, that never realized really disliked until was able to enjoy that level of a high without it. f you have ever talked to a pothead, and their eyes are half closed and they can’t keep up a conversation you know what 'm talking about. That’s a side-effect is of a very very strong strain. Stryker got me that high, but didn't turn me into a vegetable for an hour. 2 Very enthusiastic thumbs up. [The THC oil] - Once worked out the correct dosage for me (1.5ml), has been the nicest and most enjoyable high's of my life. No joking. t’s just a hint weaker than Magic mushrooms, but it doesn't have any of the side-effects that can come with a mushroom trip. Now don’t get me wrong, 'm not hallucinating on this oil or anything like that, but after being on it a few times you realize there was a lot more to really good mushroom trip that one could enjoy beyond the ‘trails and hallucinations’. Everything just seems prettier, people seem happier. Life honestly seems better.. Like euphoric almost. t’s been wonderful for walks and swimming so far. genuinely love this stuff. [CBD oil] - started using CBD oil about 2 months ago, and the pain and stiffness in my back have had the last few years are melting away(car accident). The broken Coast CBD oil tastes sooo much better than the stuff used to get at ‘The Farm’, and feel it works better then what they claim to be their high end 33mg/ml stuff, and is much cheaper ($110 vs $75). if this post gets deleted by the mods, fair enough. No offense taken. f not, hope to one day have a review posted from every LP for every product. think having honest reviews on here, eventually in a directory we can link for new members given by actual investors, would be a good tool to have in 6-12 months. will be heavily modifying this post in a couple of days to add proof of purchase and photos of the products, and even further when purchase new BC products late next week. submitted by /u/Testubeicles [link] [comments]

Sunken Cost Strategies

Investors, Management
verall weedstocks have been good to me but I had my first experience of fear of missing out (FM). As a novice investor the lesson has been invaluable. I’m down ~58% on MRRCF (Maricann), SPLIF (Nutritional High), and HRVF (Harvest ne). I invested ~$2900 and now have ~$1200. At the time, early January of course, I had just sold my house and used some equity to invest. At this point I have two options: ption 1: Hold and sell when I can recover some of my loss. As we know in weedstocks this could be anywhere between Monday and never. I have no financial background so most of my DD comes from reading. I’m a self taught investor. The most dangerous... From what I understand, Maricann has a lot of assets and growth potential but has shitty management. The other two, well, like I said, I’m a novice and I made a mistake. I didn’t do appropriate DD and the only thing I know is I want to sell as soon as I’m close to even. The largest % (~65%) is in Maricann. The other two only total about ~$420 total equity. ption 2: Sell all three (or at least Maricann) and reinvest in Canopy, Aphria, or a solid US play. I’m not stressed about the money. I don’t need it now and I’m not worried about the risk. I appreciate all the valuable information I’ve received from this community. I know there are other people in my situation and I’m sure a discussion would be beneficial to fellow investors in the same boat. Thank you and good luck to all. submitted by /u/MonteInVirginia [link] [comments]

Cannabis, CBD, Development, Greenhouses, Growers, Growing, Investment, Vertical Integration, Cultivation, Intellectual Property
dit: Articl is from Jun 11th not July 11th Translation: A mga playr in th lgal marijuana markt ntrs th country Th Canadian company Aphria is licnsd to grow cannabis for mdical purposs in Colombia. Aphria, on of th main playrs in th mdicinal cannabis markt in th world with oprations in th Unitd Stats, Australia, Grmany, Argntina, Brazil and Portugal, has hr ys st on Colombia, and is alrady planning an initial invstmnt of 20 million dollars in th country. A wk ago th managrs of th Canadian company visitd our country, whr thy alrady hav a licns to grow. Victor Jacob Nufld, CEO of Aphria, spok with EL TIEMPO about th futur of th mdicinal cannabis industry and th impact it will hav on th Colombian conomy. Why Colombia? Most of th firms stablishd in Canada had thir ys st on Europ, Grmany, Irland, Italy; and although w ar also thr w can say that it is a markt in which thr ar many firms btting on thir objctivs. W ar of th philosophy that you hav to fish whr th fish swim: if you can idntify a country, a markt, which is growing, whr th rgulatory framwork is bing dvlopd, whr th Govrnmnt is bginning to look at th mdical bnfits, whr thr is a patint dmand and you can ntr that country, to that markt and b th innovator; that rprsnts bing th ladr in that industry. Add to this th climat and th nvironmnt of Colombia, whr opn-air cultivation is possibl, whr th land is, th favorabl nvironmnt, whr thr is no nd to mak th million-dollar infrastructur invstmnt in th grnhouss, but th country itslf provids th trms. Thy ar xcllnt conditions. What businss projctions do you hav in Colombia? Our dvlopmnt in Latin Amrica bgan approximatly two yars ago in Argntina. W xamind th countris whr th dpartmnts or ministris of Halth wr bginning to work on th topic of mdicinal cannabis. What w hav dlivrd in Canada in trms of quality, in rlationships with doctors, patints, givs us a vry high confidnc that w can mov that typ of opration to Colombia. W want to focus on raching th markt in th sam way as w hav in Argntina and othr countris. W know that patints nd and want ths tratmnts. For xampl, w hav achivd important things in trms of pilpsy, svral othr nurological tratmnts, and w know that thr is a nd for patints. Th fact that w hav succdd in Canada obviously dos not guarant that w will hav an automatic succss in Colombia, that is why it is so important and so crucial to hav th right local partnrs. W hav no problm in bringing our bst manufacturing practics, our intllctual proprty, all our tchnology to Colombia, bcaus w hav xcllnt, passionat local partnrs. This is not about raching out and making a quick profit and laving, this is a long-trm invstmnt projct with our local partnrs. How do you fors that invstmnt? W want to hav a vrtical intgration within th country and that involvs invstmnt not only in popl but in infrastructur. To achiv this vrtical intgration, w want to b growrs, procssors, rfinrs, packrs of gl capsuls and distributors throughout th pharmacy systm in Colombia, and of cours also xport. W plan to travl to Chinchiná (Caldas) to s a plot of approximatly 15 hctars whr w want to start cultivating. Colombia is only making progrss on th issu of rgulation. At what stag ar your licnss? Lt's start with th cultivation, but thn what? W want to produc th oil hr and for that w ar going to bring our tchnology from Canada. Th goal is to bring high quality mdical cannabis product to patints and doctors in Colombia. Whn a patint in Toronto maks an ordr or ordrs for a bottl of cannabidiol (CBD), w want that sam bottl to b th on that th patint rcivs in Bogotá that puts th sam ordr. W hav a licns alrady and th othr two licnss w bliv will b rlasd soon. submittd by /u/Cptn_Canada [link] [commnts]

Kinda new to this, why don't these stock values ever budge?

Growing, News
invested in Canopy, Aurora, Aphria, and Organigrams some months back. don't expect any kind of major jump in value for a while. see pretty constant reports posted here regarding these companies, and it's almost always good news regarding company growth. What don't get is why it's never reflected in the stock value? f these companies are constantly growing and taking measures to expand their business, then why does the stock value stay so stagnant? Why wouldn't there be a slow steady increase? At this moment, even with all this good news 'm sitting at a slight net loss. get that maybe bought high and they could have been overvalued but dk, feel like they lose value everytime something good happens. submitted by /u/Mechanical_Gman [link] [comments]

Hemp, Research
aneh Movie. Produced by DL HERO STUDIOS, CASTANEDA FILM and 921 PRODUCTIONS. A documentary about the discovery that "Marijuana" is actually a tax class racial profiling curse word that has been propagated for the past seventy years on the Holy Bible's Tree of Life. The curse takes a conspiracy level turn into the bizarre as a re-evaluation of the 1914 Silver Note Ten Dollar bill that had Hemp farmers on the back and the modern fiat currency with a hidden Canaanite deity that our current graven image dollar glorifies through mass ritual murders of our children also known as "Infantry" who are the first to die in WAR. It turns out through etymological research that the Hebrew word aneh Bosem loosely translated "Fragrant Cane" was mistranslated in 3rd & 2nd BCE when Hebrew was transliterated to Greek in what we now call the Septuagint. Further illustration of claims solved in this film are found in the Book of Exodus, Chapter 30, where the people of Israel take their first census and give the first fruits of what they have... those best of the best offerings where given to facilitate and create a Holy Anointing Oil and Holy Incense and it turns out; the very definition for Holy comes from making something sacred, then holy to dedicate to G-d then to use it for G-d is to make it Most Holy. So in summary this film catalogs the Religious Freedom of the Sacrament aneh Bosem as it is a main ingredient in the Holy Oil and seeks to re-educate the forgotten uses of American Hemp while showcasing a healing ministry of the religious sacrament aneh Bosem. This film also illustrates how the new archaeological discovery of "Cave of John The Baptist" which has an anointing oil foot hole carved into stone where ancient Holy Spirit initiation rights took place, some would call the Fire Baptism. Enjoy your rapture to the healing of the nations. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED AND COPYRIGHT 2018

Ontario doesn't need a LCBO for cannabis, it needs a GROWER'S RETAIL for weed.

Cannabis, Grower, Growers, Security
7 days to legal #cannabis and Ontario still has no stores. Even if the 4 stores planned for the GTA are open on October 17, 2018, there will be four stores for 6.4 million people. One-SIXTH of Canadas entire population. FOUR stores. This is madness. Worse, the nanny-state design of these stores is over-the-top, It was never, EVER, going to work. The LCBO based #OCS is underfunded, behind schedule, and there will never be enough stores even if they could build them out fast enough. Which we know they cant do at this point. Its a disaster. So what makes sense? Take a cue from the breweries. Ontario doesnt need a LCBO model It needs a Brewers Retail model -- a "Growers Retail", in effect. Owned by a consortium of all the licensed LPs. No security clearances or other new paperwork to do. They have it all in place. Just give them the green light and get out of their way. A consortium-based chain of retail outlets focused on costs recovery and selling product without a preference or recommendation to the consumer. Sold together at retail outlets with such paraphernalia as they deem wise and profitable. "Growers Retail" to be eligible for location in terms of zoning where The Beer Stores and LCBO outlets are now currently located. With a product listing requirement in place, similar to Brewers Retail, which allows growers who are not LP shareholders to get their craft grown product on the shelf. All sold through Growers Retail. Quite simply, Brewers Retail works. Growers Retail would, too. Canopy Growth, Aphria and Aurora are all big enough to get it going and bring others into the fold. This always should have been the approach. Add in some individual LP owned chains where in-store promotion of brands is permitted and the whole idea will work. Moreover, (and above all) it will be politically acceptable to the Tories. And their stock prices will ALL go up. Brewers Retail is insanely profitable and a Growers Retail would be as well. The markets will LOVE this. submitted by /u/rtrifts [link] [comments]
