Mari - The Risk / Reward Monster
Liken Mari to OGI, or something absurd as GLH, but the risk is worth the reward at this point. It's quite crazy where it's at considering it's future outlook. It's indeed a combination of their poor disclosure and upcoming 38M dilution on the 15th. I'm not saying you should invest in them, but you should really look at them objectively and dig. I'm already overweight on them, and in the red, but can help but think I wish I had powder to buy them right now. I may consider shifting some from other holdings to avg down, despite ever urge to simply hold. Let's face it, even a shitty CEO can sell weed to people who will be underserved for at least two years. He will have 20.000kgs of it to sell in Q2 2018 - right in time for rec. Let's just say they only have to sell around 7-5,000kg conservatively to meet hit a PE of 20. This doesn't include the Germany facility. This doesn't include the new acquisition of concentrates / oil / pill specialists, or the partnership with a large pharmacy... https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/6yglob/mari_the_risk_reward_monster...

An actual discussion of CannaRoyalty – the pros and cons
Just giving some stuff for everyone to think about as yesterday’s ‘discussion’ wasn't really a discussion. It’s evident not many people understand this company, so hopefully this sheds some light on wtf this company does as well as its prospects and risks. I'll try to answer most questions. Tl;dr: CRZ’s business model allows them to acquire equity and royalty positions on high quality US assets at attractive valuations. The company already has a serious portfolio of assets (realistically, some are probably duds) with a) structures ranging from 100% ownership to minority equity to convertible debt to royalties on gross revenue and b) geographic position in the majority of US medical + adult-use markets. Its asset base MAY support a valuation much higher than current levels; however, determining a net asset value (NAV) and valuations for each investment is far too difficult for the average investor (also why they don’t have any analyst coverage). Further, there are many risks to the... https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/6ilnz2/an_actual_discussion_of_cann...

Does CGC have a problem converting harvests to saleable Finished Goods?
[Sorryufell4it asked me to post some of my research on CGC. I am not sure if he will like this, as it is a researched look at FACTS that point to tangible issues at CGC, that hopefully for shareholders have been resolved in Q1. Or are at least showing progress to resolution in Q1. So if you don't like this, take it up with him, as he asked for it.] So I had mentioned in my previous post that I thought there could be another bigger inventory problem at CGC, in addition to the "missing inventory" of 979 KGs. (BTW, I found Q1 harvest numbers and for F2017 YTD 1,321 kgs are "missing" from Closing Inventories in Q1, Q2 and Q3). Almost 15 years ago my wife bought a Beagle puppy. (You only get a Beagle once. They are reincarnated goats.) When it was a puppy if it was worried or scared about something close by it always would look the other way, figuring by looking away from the potential issue it would make it simply disappear. So if you are worried about something I might disclose, that... https://www.reddit.com/r/weedstocks/comments/6id8pe/does_cgc_have_a_problem_conv...
